Single room available to rent for £65 per week in my renovated cosy house in a quiet leafy street in Chorlton. Parking available, bike storage, broadband/cable tv and all bills included. Kitchen includes washing machine and microwave.
Chorlton is a vibrant place with lots going on.
House is a 5 minutes walk to shops/cafes/bars/Bus-stop, Metrolink approximately 10 minutes walk away.
10 minutes travel time to City Centre on Metrolink. Approximately 10 minutes drive to Universities on Oxford Road. Great location for easy access to City Centre, Trafford, Altrincham, Salford and to M60/M6 Motorway.

House has had a full renovation with a new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and with wooden floors throughout. Integrated smoke detectors and fire alarm have been installed and it has a lovely south facing private garden. There is a shared livingroom and also a dining room. Single room consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, bookcase, bedside table and lamp. Room also has a blackout blind so great for a good restful sleep plus a venetian blind for privacy.
House is maintained by a cleaner regularly.
Bedding, linen and towels provided.
Household is chilled and quiet one. We are both friendly, laidback and easy to get along with and are looking for a tidy and considerate housemate.
Longford Park is 5 minutes away if you are into walking or jogging.
Am looking for someone who wants to stay longterm, 6-12 months or more.
Suitable for people working in Manchester during the week and returning home at weekends.
