Double room in friendly chorlton house

We have a double bedroom available in a friendly four-bedroom house-share in Chorlton. Rent is £275pcm, bills not included. The current tenant is hoping to move 16th of August (but we can be flexible with dates).

You would be sharing with three young professionals (currently three female) mid twenties - early thirties. We are a good mix of professions and interests. We get on well and spend time together but there is also a good level of space in the house.

The house is clean and reasonably modern, has a very large kitchen/dining area, a comfortable lounge and sunny garden. The room is second floor an good size. It is a lovely light room and the photos don't do it justice.

The house is very close to public transport and shops; bus stop 100 yards, tram 500 yards, Unicorn and Tesco 300 yards. We're situated just off Manchester Road, down near the leisure centre/Font Bar/Pi - it's an ideal location as it's not too busy or loud but the centre of Chorlton (four banks etc) is still easy to access (10min walk).
