The house is really well situated in the centre of Chorlton near Morrisons, several bars/cafes and a wide variety of other shops and businesses.

There is lots of space in the Victorian terraced building and as we are on the end we have a drive too.

The house has all the modern conveniences you would expect.

Rent is £250 a month, and bills are £40 per month with gas and electric on average £100 a quarter.
