Double-bedroom flat available in Firswood/Chorlton area, less than 5min walk to Firswood Tram and 5/10min to Unicorn Grocery and all the pubs/restaurants/shops in Chorlton.

It's a modern building with secure entry and excellent insulation. The bathroom isn't technically en-suite, but it's right across the hall. The balcony has a table/chair set which is great for relaxing outside.
I don't have a car but there is a parking space reserved for the property. It's covered and secure parking.

I've got a cat named Dylan and he'll be roommmate #3. He does his own thing, but I suppose you need to like cats!
Price is all inclusive. That’s rent, power, water, internet, and council tax.

The flat has an HDTV, PS3/Blu-Ray/DVD, and hi-speed Wifi. But no freeview, so no channels! I do have a MASSIVE movie/TV show collection though, so you're in luck if that's your thing.

About Me:
I'm an American guy who's been living in the UK for several years but moved to MCR in Nov '12. I'm a retail manager so I work occasional weekend days, and as a cyclist and photographer, I'm often out doing one of those when not at work. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I have a massive sense of humour. I don't easily offend, challenges accepted!

I'm a bit of an eco-nut and I try to keep water/electricity consumption to a minimum. I also recycle as much as possible. Ideally, you're environmentally conscious as well.

I'm a very tidy person and always keep any shared living space clean. I didn't clean up to take these photos, that's pretty much how it always looks.
