Really good Chorlton share

Sharing a 3 bedroom terrace with just me. It's a really nice house that has a garden and is not far from many of Chorlton's good pubs.
I'm very easy going and sociable but do work odd shifts so at times require the house to be quietish for sleeping. I would be looking for someone that I have a bit in common with (music, films, sports etc) and that enjoys sharing cooking a bit and doing nice things. I don't need a new best mate or anything but living with someone is so much easier if you get on.

You will need to be employed.

This house share would very much suit someone like a teacher or a doctor.
