Double room in lovely Chorlton flat

Hello!

At the end of May my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, therefore I am looking for a new housemate!

The flat is a two bedroomed first floor flat in a converted property in Chorlton, opposite Morrisons (so very near to the metrolink, bus stop, supermarket and many bars and restaurants). It has a modern decor and cosy, homely feel, with fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a sizeable outside terrace which overlooks Wilbraham Road. The room is a double room with a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. On street parking is available.

I am a friendly professional person and am ideally looking for someone who will be a friend as well as a housemate!! I like all the usual things- going to the pub, watching crap telly and general socialising. I am also quite tidy and can make a good brew.

Room is available from the end of May.
