we as house mates are very busy doing our own projects and work hard during the week, but try our hardest to make up for it on weekends by socialising heavily, being located in an area with some of the best bars in Manchester definitely helps. we like to keep our house clean and treat each others possessions with respect.

we feel that the house is best suited to a mature student or young professional moving closer or further from the city.
