Great room in friendly house-share in Chorlton

Hi there,

I am leaving this really lovely house because I am moving in with my girlfriend. The room will be available once I have left, on 1st July 2015.

You would be sharing with 5 other people in total, two guys and three girls - therefore we are looking for another guy to maintain the 50/50 split.

They are all friendly and easy to live with individuals, working in all sorts of areas with a mixture of 9-5ers and shift workers so there should always be someone around to hang out with!

The house itself is in a fantastic location in Chorlton, a short walk away from the tram stop and within stumbling distance of plenty of excellent bars.

It has a garden at the back, which is invaluable in the summer, and there is plenty of on-street parking at the front.

The house has two bathrooms, a large kitchen-diner and a very comfortable shared living room. The room for rent itself is a good-sized double room at the back of the house which gets lots of light.
