Short Term Let,Off Beech Rd, Chorlton

I am away for a few months this winter and renting out my lovely, Victorian one bed flat, ground floor with private patio, fully furnished, top condition, kind landlord, huge bay windows, very quiet but very central, rent £500pcm excl bills and council tax but incl WiFi (this is what I pay the landlord), duration Dec 14 to April/may 15 with some flexibility.
