I'm a laid back male professional looking for a friendly, social housemate. I’m away quite a lot with work but enjoy cooking and generally chilling when I’m back at home.

The house is great and has been recently renovated, including large south-facing back garden, ultra fast fibre broadband and open plan kitchen/diner. The area is great with fashionable Burton road just a few minutes walk away and Chorltons bar and night life also close by. There are lots of local buses and the local tram stop is only a 7 minute walk away (Barlow Moor Road) Road links are also excellent to all areas.

The rent is all-in and includes bills and council tax, including the Broadband and a months rent as a deposit will be required.
