Hi there,

I have a large double bedroom in the centre of Chorlton that I am looking to rent out. I am in the process of moving in with my boyfriend so need to find someone to replace me in the house share.

The room itself is very very big and has a gorgeous en suite bathroom attached. The walk in shower, toilet and sink are brand new and finished to a very high standard.

The house has original features and polished Wooden flooring, a large living room and huge kitchen and dining room - all newly refurbished.

The current housemates - we currently have two guys, a musician and a project manager and a girl who works in finance. Ideally we would be looking for a girl to replace me in order to keep the balance but open to any one who wants to come and look round.

The rent for the room and en suite is £450 per month and bills are £80 per month.
