High quality, nice & big self-contained space - newly refurbished throughout, new kitchen, new appliances, new bathroom, new timber floor, furnished with , Wardrobe, double bed, ...7 mins walk to metro, close bars, restaurants, cafés and 1 street down from wonderful Clarendon Rd spice shops! ...I recommend for a single worker but in the past a couple have squeezed in.
