Gorgeous double room to rent in a lovely homeshare

Our housemate has moved onto pastures new and we are looking for another female housemate to rent the room in a relaxed, quiet & friendly household. The house has a small shared bathroom, 2 toilets, large lounge, conservatory, galley kitchen and a large decking area in the rear garden. There is a choice of drive/road for parking. The house is less than a 5 min walk to the nearest metrolink station (BMR stop), 15 minute walk to Chorlton centre and a 5 minute walk to the Mersey Valley. We also have adopted 3 rescue kitties too to complete our homeshare. So we are looking for someone who is looking to come home and just wants to relax, is very kitty friendly and is able to help out occasionally with feeding them. All bills are included. The room is £550 per calendar month. Deposit of £550 required. Short term lets considered- minimum 3 months.
