Gorgeous double room to rent in a lovely homeshare

We are looking for another female housemate to rent the newly painted room in a relaxed, quiet & friendly household. The house has a small shared bathroom, 2 toilets, large lounge, conservatory, galley kitchen and a large decking area in the rear private garden to sit out and relax. There is a choice of drive/road for parking. The house is less than a 5 min walk to the nearest metrolink station (BMR stop), 15 minute walk to Chorlton centre and a 5 minute walk to the Mersey Valley. We also have adopted 3 rescue kitties to complete our homeshare. So we are looking for a female who is looking for a short term rental (3 -4 months), who is currently employed (no home working please), and just wants to come home & relax and is very kitty friendly. All bills are included. The room is £550 per calendar month. Deposit of £550 required. Short term lets considered- minimum 3 months. Please note, we are preferably considering another female to rent the room too.
