I'm looking for a female flat mate to take over my room with my current flat mate as I am moving out. The girl you'll be living with is 25 works full time and is really laid back. The flat is kept tidy but we're not crazy tidy.
The flat is available from 1st of November but I'm really flexible but have to leave by the 1st of December.
The flat is really close walk to Chorlton (15min) beech road (10mins) Barlowmoor road tram stop (5mins) and we have a few shops (5mins). Tram takes about 20 - 25 mins to the city centre
The rent is £350 without bills, bills add up to roughly about £100 a month mostly less but depending on your use.
The room for rent is part furnished with double bed and large wardrobe,
The living room has two couches, coffee table and a smart tv,
Bathroom has a shower and a bath,
Kitchen has both fridge & freezer, washing machine and oven.
Outside the front house there is a drive way which is yours if you have a car,
Outside the back is a garden with a clothes line.
