Warm, cosy terraced house with wooden floors and two bathrooms (One shower & two toilets).

Great location 2 minutes walk from a supermarket, main high street and Tram stop. There is parking close to the house on adjacent roads, can be busy but I've always managed to park somewhere!

You will be sharing with 2 professional females and 1 male. We work hard during the week and like to chill out on weekends. We are sociable and hang out together occasionally but also appreciate each others personal space. We are a translator, an artist, and an IT analyst.

We are looking for a professional (preferably) male who is laid-back and friendly.

We are not a smoking household but you can smoke outside in the garden

The bills usually come to around £88 a month.
