Two double rooms available in friendly houseshare

Hello!

Two double rooms have become available in our 4 bed, detached Chorlton house, so we're looking for two people to move in on 1st November.

We are two women aged 28 and 29, a Mental Health Social Worker and a Coordinator at a refugee/asylum seeker charity. We are looking for people who work similar 9-5 hours and of a similar age.

Our fully furnished house is located on a quiet street with 4 double bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, an extra downstairs toilet and an office space. It has a spacious open plan living room/dining room, washing machine and the wonderment of a dishwasher! For those warmer, drier days (apparently they do happen in Manchester) we have a large private garden at the back of the house. There is also plenty of space for parking both on the drive and on the street.

Both of the bedrooms available are upstairs, with double beds and large wardrobes. One is a spacious room at the front of the house with an en-suite and the other is a smaller cosy room overlooking the garden.

Both rooms are £350 pcm (we all pay the same on the 1st of the month) then we put in about £100 a month for all our bills (water/electric/gas/council tax/TV & broadband). Deposit is £400.

We are both friendly and sociable and like spending time with our housemates but also respect each other's space and independence. We are looking for someone considerate, open-minded and queer friendly. No Tories thanks!

We like to keep the place tidy, and all chip in with the chores!
