We have a lovely large Edwardian house right in the heart of Chorlton a few minutes walk to the green and all the other bars and eateries towards four banks. There are 4 of us living here at present, 2 girls and 2 guys. At the beginning of May one of the girls is moving out.
We have always had a a nice balance of girls and guys and looking to keep it that way. Therefore we are looking for another girl to join us in this friendly houseshare at the start of May.

Very well located, only a 5 minute walk from both Tram stops and Morrisons on Wilbraham Road, so it has easy access to city centre.

So a little about us: Chris – an Account Manager working in city centre, Jess works in a local bar and with the RAF, and George is an engineer. We are also good friends with previous tenants who will be round so really looking for someone sociable to come and fit into the larger group aswel as a housemate.

As we are all easy going, we will be looking to live with someone similar who is social, another professional, who we can hang out with as well as share space with. We do like to throw one or two house parties also during the year: usually this being a big summer BBQ, and one for Halloween, so someone who would be on-board with this is a must!

We enjoy a night out, but also enjoy staying in with good company and a few drinks. We also enjoy watching films, going to gigs, sport, cooking – often doing communal meals although we are no Nigella Lawson or Jamie Oliver!

And it gets better…we are reasonably tidy, not to the point of OCD but we try to keep on top of the washing up!
