That is £628 per person per calender month and that is fixed for 9 months, you have no liability to pay more if someone were to leave.

Advanced installments of rent can be made by arrangement.

Summer acccommodation can be arranged for Post Graduates and Under Graduates upon request,

I accept International Guarantors, meaning your Parents can act as your guarantor if you are travelling from abroad to study.
