Lovely double room to let in large house

We are looking for someone to take over the rental of a lovely double room in a large home as our son needs to leave university due to health issues.
The house is very large and spacious with a lovely communal kitchen, dining and lounge area. The nine other residents are all students and a really friendly group who will make a new tenant very welcome. The house is conveniently located with the universities and amenities easy to access. We need someone who can take over this room as soon as possible until the end of the academic year with the tenancy finishing on 27th June 2026. A guarantor would be required for any applicant. All bills are included and any student looking to rent it would be exempt from paying council tax due to their student status.
