There's also a bus stop less than five minutes away where you can get a free bus if you go to Manchester Uni. There are shops and takeaways just across the road. The house has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and has a decent sized yard.

The bedrooms are fully furnished - double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet in each. Rent is £281 per month. Bills are not included but are not very expensive in this area.
