One working male (gay preferred) to share quiet 3 bed semi in East Manchester with owner and 1 lodger. About 15 minutes from Manchester city centre by bus or tram.

Accommodation includes small double bedroom, living room with tv, dining room and kitchen with 10k washing machine and 10k drier. Own food cupboard and shelf in fridge and freezer. Bedding and towels provided if needed.

Rent is £400pm plus £80 deposit and includes gas, electric, council tax (band A), water rates, tv and EE 500 Fibre broadband. The minimum rental is for 1 month, I don't rent by the week, only by the month. Most previous lodgers have stayed between 1 and 5 years.

No couples, children or pets. No smoking indoors.
