Creative houseshare close to Ancoats

*Photos do not show the house super accurately as some furniture and paintwork has changed. I've got a decent sized table in the 2nd lounge now so can sit down to eat/ work from if you WFH. And the bedroom size is bigger than it appears but I need to update the photos- will update the photos just after xmas when current lodger has moved out- I'll be giving the room a fresh lick of paint too*

I'm looking for a lodger to join me in my 2 bed house in Clayton available from Late Jan/ early Feb onwards (room is actually available earlier so potential to negotiate an earlier move in but would like some time to get it ready).

There's a small yard with a hammock and little table set out the back.

The room is partially furnished, it currently has a double bed but you are welcome to add more furniture to the room.

I love music, like going to gigs, dancing, art exhibs and film-Also wanting to exercise my creative muscle alot more this year so it would be cool to meet other creative folks- would be great to have a sociable and friendly household as it's small it's important to me that we get on.

I play drums (but NOT in the house, I have a separate space for that).

If we can watch high brow films and low brow reality TV too and have a laugh then BRILLIANT!

I've said don't mind smokers but would prefer for you to smoke cigarettes outside.

I like to host people and invite people round and am happy for you to do the same.

Located 30 min walk from Ancoats/ town along the canal.

Super great transport links (Clayton Hall is a 5 min walk away with trams via town going every 12 mins)-Also regular busses.
Can get into the city/ Piccadilly in 20 mins via tram or bus.

Clayton Vale is a 10 minute walk away and Philips Park is close for nice walks.

Aldi and Asda super close too.
