Double bedroom to rent close to Etihad Co Op Live

Hi I’m looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in the house I own and live in, WiFi electric gas all included. The room has a new double bed and a good quality sofa bed if required. You will have full use of the bathroom (It is based downstairs in the extension). Kitchen with all appliances). There is small back yard/patio which is taken care of. I also share my home with my small dog who is very loveable.
