Well-Furnished Double Room Available from 6th Jan. We are looking for a tenant to occupy a well-furnished double room in a beautiful and well-maintained apartment.

I am a working professional (9–5), and the other tenant is a student at the University of Salford. We are non-smokers and non-drinkers, friendly, respectful, clean, and tidy.
This is not a landlord-managed property, so you can enjoy a relaxed and homely environment while maintaining full privacy.
Location & Transport:
ASDA and Etihad Campus – 3 minutes walk
City centre – approx. 10 minutes by bus or tram
Bus and tram stops – 4 minutes walking distance
We are strictly looking for someone to move in from 6th January.
