The bathroom, kitchen, living room & washing machine are shared with myself (the only other person living here) and the cost of a cleaner of these communal areas is included within the rental price.
There is a garden and secure parking may be available if required.
Located approximately 2. 5 miles from Manchester city center on a main bus and tram route.
Working professional preferred. Sorry no couples or pets.
