Double room in a semi detached property. Located in a quiet area with a driveway for a car and a large garden. Living room with large screen tv, broadband and all the kitchen amenities (washing machine, kettle, toaster etc).Short walk away from a lovely park through which the river irwell flows. The property is close to the number 8 bus stop which runs all the way to the city centre past the university of salford. I am a clean, quiet person, usually don't spend much time at home as I am away at university. I enjoy cooking and I'm looking forward to cooking some meals for my new housemate!
