Double Room in Ground Floor Flat available to rent from April 15th.

Room is currently furnished with one double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Flat is located within walking distance of Manchester City Centre (25 minutes to Arndale Shopping Centre). It is also situated next to several bus stops and two separate tram stations.

Flat also comes with private gated car park with plenty of spaces.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living area which has one 6ft wide work desk and dining room table also. Myself and my current flatmate both work fully remotely, so whoever replaces him will have space if you have WFH requirements.

The kitchen has a tonne of storage space and there is also additional storage in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

I am quite a sociable person who loves playing and watching sport, going to gigs/comedy etc. but I’m also very respectful of other people’s space. I keep the flat extremely tidy so will expect my new flatmate to do so also.
