Small double room

I'm looking for a new flatmate for an unfurnished small double bedroom. There is a shared open plan living room, a decent sized kitchen and covered balcony.

There are cleaners for the communal hallway once a month and gardeners about once a quarter, for the outside areas and rear parking. As well as the convenience of living above a shop, the Metrolink is right across the street and only takes 10 minutes into Victoria.

There is a large Tesco, post office and hospital between 5-15 minutes walk from the flat. An ALDI and LIDL between 10-35 minutes away, depending on transport. Bills come to roughly £190 per month at the moment.

I'm quite a chatty person, who also likes their own space, and have interests in gaming, animation and cooking when I can. Although a little bit of a clutter bug, I like to keep my home presentable. I adore cats but (un)fortunately not allowed one in this setting. I try to be environmentally conscious, enjoy east Asian food and being part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurospicy communities.
