This room is perfect for anyone who’s looking for a short stay (with the option of extending the lease with permission from the landlord), with all bills included and close to the city centre.

The house itself is a 5 minute walk from the Abraham Moss Tram station, and takes about 10 minutes to commute into the city centre. There is also the 135, 41 and 52 bus service within walking distance of you need to travel to Salford or any other areas.

The current housemates are lovely, a prefer to keep themselves to themselves but do say hello in the kitchen and spark up friendly conversation.

The current landlord is really helpful and never takes more than 24 hours to respond to any issues and is prompt in sorting anything out that you need.

There are two full, shared bathrooms that have both been recently refurbished as well as the kitchen that has also been recently refurbished.

I actually love the place and the room itself is very cozy, I just have to move out due to family commitments in another city.
