Welcome to our friendly, fully furnished houseshare with all bills included, located in Crumpsall, close to all amenities and Manchester city centre.
YOUR ROOM
You will live in a large and bright Double bedroom, tastefully furnished with IKEA style furniture. We provide all the necessities, such as a single bed, duvet, pillows and bedding, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, a desk, chair & lamp. Extra furniture can be provided upon reasonable request.
SHARED SPACE
The shared kitchen boasts ample cooking space and cupboards, and is stocked with all the necessary white goods – large fridges, cooker & grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and mixer.
Next door you will find a fully furnished lounge room with a dining table, sofa and TV.
Shared space also comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
The shared bathroom is recently renovated and is kept clean by our tidy housemates.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED
No headaches over splitting bills with your housemates. The weekly price includes all bills – gas, electricity, water, council tax, and fast & reliable WiFi.
LOCATION & AMENITIES
The property is in Crumpsall, opposite North Manchester General Hospital, with plenty of buses coming and going and a 10 minute walk to Crumpsall Metrolink station. It is ideal for commuting to Manchester city centre (7 minute journey to Victoria Station), Bury, Altrincham, Media City…
There are a few convenience shops (close at 10pm) at the end of the road. Chemist, food takeaways, and a hairdresser’s are minutes away. Large 24h Tesco and Cheetham Hill town centre with ample shops are a 10 minute walk away.
There is a sports centre with a swimming pool, gym and a library nearby.
HOUSEMATES
We seek professional young (20-35yrs) housemates who are tidy and considerate.
Females are preferred.
Couples are welcome - please add +£10 per week if 2 of you will permanently live in the room together.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
2 weeks' rent as deposit, 1 week's rent in advance, signed agreement, photocopy of your passport or other photo ID.
No credit checks, references, bonds, guarantees, UK bank accounts etc, etc required.
