Apart from a kitchen in the room we also have the following.
Our large kitchen cum socialization room has the following:
1. High powered (38KW) boiler offering free flow of hot water. It has a central wireless thermostat and a timer.
2. Electric cooker, microwave, mixer, utensils and a large fridge/freezer.
3. Individual lockers.
4. Good dish washer.
LAUNDRY AND TOILET FACILITIES:
1. Washing/drying machine, iron and ironing board.
2. Fixed toilet and shower so no sharing of the toilet.

CLEANER FACILITY:
We provide a weekly cleaner for the common areas.
We very much respect the privacy of tenants so we enter their rooms only if they give us the permission.(Feel safe. No sudden intruders in your room!).
CORRIDOR:
It has modern motion sensitive lights. No guilt of not switching off the bulbs.
OUTSIDE ARENA:
TRANSPORT:
1. Three cycle stands in the premise for cycle enthusiasts.
2. Four bus stops in front surrounding the hospital Bus no 42 every 10 mins to Crumpsal metro (6AM to 11PM)
3. Metro link station just 5 mins walk away. So city centre is near .
(bus + metro= 12mins) (Walk + metro= 17 min)
Tram every 10 minutes (6AM-11.45PM)
4. Motorway (M60) just 7 min drive.
