House Share - Very close to Crumpsall Tram stop

Hello, My name is Trixi, 33 & live with my boyfriend Joe, 29.

We are both in full time work, myself as a Dance teacher & Joe as a Garden & Home maintenance. We are animal lovers, sharing our home with Nitty the cat, aged 3, Skip the dog, aged 13 & Zola the dog, aged 10 months. The dogs are Whippets & are both cuddle monsters.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the Crumpsall tram stop (Bury line) & takes about 10 mins to get into the city centre. There are frequent buses with a stop just at the end of the street. If coming home late from town a taxi usually costs no more than £10. Tesco is a 10 - 15 min walk away.

The house is a 3 bed semi. It has a good size garden with a shed. The room on offer is a double bedroom and comes furnished. The rent is £425 per month and includes all bills including council tax, broadband & all the other usual stuff. The kitchen has everything you need, including washing machine, dish-washer & 2 freezers in case you need to freeze a lot of food!?! There is a dining table that seats 6, so if you like cooking diner for people then there is space to entertain.

I work weekdays leaving the house at 7. 45am and tend get home around 6pm. I am not always about in the evenings as I go to band practices & dance classes, but when I am at home I like to be social & enjoy chilling out with company. If you are the type of person that prefers your own space then that is cool too as I have two lounge areas. There is a sofa-bed in one lounge, so if you have friends that might want to stay over then thats fine by me.

At weekends I tend to go out in the evenings and see friends, but from time to time I am performing at gigs singing or dancing. Joe is much more of a home bird spending time playing computer games or making music, but he sometimes has gigs too as he is a DJ. On our days off we like chilling at home with the animals, listening to records & sorting the garden out (Joe does this & I watch).

Things we like (in no particular order)
Dancing, Singing, Theatre, Art, Books, Camouflage, Vinyl, Live Music, Going on nights out, Arts n Crafts, Rum, Computer games, Blankets, Festivals, Travelling, Laughing & Interesting people who are open minded.

We are open to sharing with a couple, but the monthly rate would be increased.
