I own a 2 bed/2 bath larger than average apartment in Manchester in a development called City South. It is a very friendly development with an active director's committee, Facebook page for residents, and an onsite building manager and concierge.
I am renting out the double furnished bedroom with sole use of the separate bathroom for £900 - this includes council tax, broadband and a contribution to the apartment service charge. Electricity and water bills are not included, these are shared 50/50% with the other tenant. The other tenant is male, aged 40s and works professionally in the creative industries at the University of Manchester. There is a no smoking and no vaping policy inside the flat and the building.
The flat is very conveniently located - less than one minute walk to the amenities at First Street which include a Local Sainsbury, restaurants, bars and HOME theatre, cinema and cafe, three minutes to Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop, 10 minutes to Oxford Road train station and University area.
