The second bedroom in my 2 bed corner apartment in South Tower Deansgate Square will be available around the start of Sept 2025.
I’ve lived in this flat for around 5 years.

The apartment is 1000sqft and is one of the larger 2 bed corner view styles with amazing views

My current flatmate is moving abroad so her room will be available around the start of Sept.

The apartment is furnished to a super high standard, your bathroom has a large rainfall shower head and bathtub, LED lighting, heated towel rails and more…
Your bedroom has a king sized bed, with ottoman storage underneath (can store a lot under here!), it also has two bedside tables with 2 draws each, and a small wardrobe.

The apartment has a very large open plan kitchen dining lounge area , the kitchen is high spec with a separate island, bar stools, a wine cooler and high-end appliances.

Deansgate Square, in my opinion, has the most luxurious facilities of any building in Manchester including a swimming pool, sauna steam spa, amazing gym, roof top terraces, loads of communal work areas, tea rooms, galleries, salons etc... and way more ,and you get full use of it for free of course :)
The building has 24/7 dedicated concierge team as well as 24/7 security

I am 32 years old and originally from Oxford.
I work mainly in property development.
I’m easy going, tidy and considerate… love to cook, if I’m working from home I’ll normally go out to a cafe or the communal areas, so I’m not home all the time..

I take care of all the bills (electric, water, WiFi, council tax etc) so your rent is all inclusive.
I don’t ever bring back loud/big groups, I’m a fairly reserved and private person and will always give you a heads up if I have friends or family coming over
