Spacious double room available from mid-October. The room is fully furnished with a king bed, quality mattress, double wardrobe with built in mirror, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and a bedside table. En-suite features a shower, sink, and toilet.

The building is located just two minutes away from Deansgate Tram Stop. We’re very close to a Sainsburys local and a little convenience store. We’ve also got a general store about 5 minutes walk away. The location is fantastic for those working in the city or those who work out of it because of the transport connections. The city centre is less than a fifteen minute walk away.

The building also has a residents gym/sauna/steam room. Parking is organised through the building management at an additional cost.

The flat itself is a good size and furnished throughout including two large sofas, dining area and breakfast bar. We’ve got a large kitchen also fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and oven. There’s also all the usual crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, pans, bakeware etc.

I’m the tenant of the other room in the apartment. I’m a quiet person, tidy, respectful of others space, working professional in web analytics, love a movie night and some food, gaming also. Super chilled. It would be good to have someone similar. I pay separately for Gigabit internet and you’d be more than welcome to use it at no cost. I’m available for viewings most evenings.
