The current tenant (female) works from home 2–3 days a week and is friendly, tidy, and respectful of privacy and space. We’re ideally looking for a female tenant who is easy-going, happy to chip in with housework, enjoys the occasional chat, but also values their own space.

The shared living room, bathroom, and spacious kitchen are fully equipped with all the amenities you need.

The room is south-facing and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, bedside table and a large TV.

Extra loft space is also available for additional storage.
