Vox Apartments Floor 6 - Gym, Terrace, Events

Moving out to Australia, so I need someone to take over my tenancy :)

It’s a really good place to live. I’ve been here for the last three years and wouldn’t be leaving if I wasn’t moving abroad.

The location is great. There’s a Co-Op, Tesco, and Morrisons all nearby. Cornbrook tram stop is literally a minute’s walk away, and town is about 15 minutes on foot. Deansgate train and tram stop is just one stop from Cornbrook, which makes the railway really accessible too. There are also bus stops close by.

In terms of amenities, there’s a running track, gym, theatre room, and lounge area upstairs. There are coffee machines on both the top floor and ground floor lounges.

Pets are also welcome.

The room becoming available is the larger one, though it has a slightly smaller bathroom with a shower instead of a bathtub. If you’d prefer the other room, let me know and I’ll check with my flatmate to see if she’s okay with swapping.
