En-suite in heart of Manchester (short term)

Hello hello, we are looking for a lodger for our spare room in our two bedroom flat in Deansgate while we are away over the holidays in December and January.

We live right next to Deansgate train and tram stations, very convenient location to various pubs and cafes.

You will be getting the ensuite room with your own private bathroom. The price per week is inclusive of all bills and except electricity which is subject to a fair usage policy.

We are visiting family for the holidays so you will have the flat all to yourself from mid December to mid February.

The minimum stay is one week and maximum is 3 months, and is available from 08 December to 08 February.

Our apartment is fully furnished with a TV in the living room. The kitchen has all essential equipment, including pots and pans. There is a dedicated work space with a screen in the living room which you are welcome to use.

We would prefer someone who would be willing to pay the rent upfront on the day they move in. There is no minimum stay so it is perfect for PLAB students. The maximum stay is 3 months, this is for a short term let only 😊
We can extend if required but for a limited time.

My partner and I would be back first week of February so if the stay extends until then or after, you would share the flat with me, an engineer, and my partner who is an architect. We are organised, clean and tidy people and very friendly.
