I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current one who has moved just moved out near the end of the tennancy. The room is available at the end of July (can arrange for earlier), with 12 months remaining on the tenancy, with the option to then extend by 6 or 12 months.

The apartment located on the 12th floor of Vox, which is only a 10 min walk to Deansgate and City Centre, and located right next to Cornbrook tram station, only 1 stop from Deansgate/Castlefield and 2 from St Peters Square. It has a nice roof terrace, runnning track on the room, gym and yoga/cycle studio which you can book out for a private workout, a professional work space on the 15th floor rooftop area with free coffee/tea/hot chocolate on the ground and 15th floor. The building has a concierge and private post room and the community is very friendly, the building often hosts building activities and drinks on the roof terrace.

I am a professional who works in office 5 days a week. Im a laid back person so I have no real preference when it comes to a new flatmate.

The rent is £785 per month, including broadband and then £110-£150 bills. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£950)
