Hey, I have a fully furnished double room with a private bathroom to rent in my East Tower apartment in Deansgate Square as my flatmate is relocating to Dubai.

The apartment is located on the 29th floor of the tower and faces northwest which has incredible views of Beetham Tower, Deansgate, Castlefield and the canals.

The bedroom has a double bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in wardrobes, carpets, under-bed storage and 50 inch TV.

Private bathroom features ceramic tiles, rain shower, bath and under-cabinet motion sensor lighting.

I am a 29 year old professional working for a sport company in Manchester. I moved to Manchester 8 years ago and enjoy the gym, going out for food/drinks and a night in watching sport!

I'm looking for a professional who is super chill, tidy and has similar interests. Male or female is cool, ideally no couples.
