Double room in female preferred deansgate sq flat :)

I'm Millie and I'm currently looking to move out of our beautiful 3-bed corner flat in Deansgate Square after 2 and a half amazing years here to move in with my boyfriend!:)

This flat holds such an place in my heart so leaving her is making me vv sad but also so happy to give another girl the incredible experience of living here with two of the most amazing girls!!

Your flatmates will be Ellie (25) & Jess (22) who are both young professionals, the girls work in the office 5 days a week Ellie in marketing and Jess in recruitment.

They are amazing flatmates super tidy, respectful of your space but also love to have catchups at the end of the day while we all cook together and I will miss them greatly so if you're looking to make two new friends upon your move these are your girls :))

Bills- are around £200 each (we’re council tax band G hence the bills being slightly higher than other flats, but also this can go up or down depending on energy & water usage)
Rent- £750 each
Referencing fee - there's also a one off £200 referencing fee that will need paying for the switch in name on the tenancy

We also have a pool, gym, roof terrace and sauna all included in our rent and you would be sharing the bathroom just with Jess as Ellie as an en-suite 🥰

I have already signed a lease to move in to my new flat so I need someone to move into my room on 23rd of May :)
