Room available in Deansgate Square

Hey,

I’m Elsa and I’m looking for a flatmate to share a flat with in Deansgate Square. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and my current flatmate is moving to Australia.

I really love the building and I’d like to stay here so I’m hoping to find someone that wants to live here too!

The flat is on the 20th floor, it is a 2 bed flat and the room on offer has its own bathroom with a bath in. The building is also an amazing space to live - it has a gym which includes a pool (including a sauna, hot tub, steam room), yoga studio, cycle studio, sports hall and there are classes there too (including yoga, spin and other things). The building also runs community events like sound baths, run club, walking club, candle making and other things. There is also a rooftop garden and community lounge space where you can relax and work from home if you fancy.

In terms of pricing, the rent price on offer is max £910 per month including internet. The other bills come to approx £197 a month.

The move-in date will be in approx 2 months time (there is a referencing process for the flat). I’m looking to secure someone asap so I can begin the referencing process.

A little bit about me… I’m 30, I love going to the gym, exercise classes round town, going for brunch, nice cocktails, the odd night out and nice meals out. I love trying new things around Manchester too like activities and restaurants :) I’m also clean, tidy and respectful of personal space in the flat etc.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is sociable and who also wants a friendly flatmate to catch up with, watch the odd tv show with and go out with from time to time.

Outside of flat-life, I work in financial services. I’m mostly in the office and at home occasionally during the week (when at home I’m respectful of others working there too!).
