We are looking for someone friendly to occupy one of the double rooms in a 2 bedroom house which has a large living area, balcony and a private washroom. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes all appliances (toaster, microwave, over, dishwasher, washing machine etc)

The house is located 2 mins walk from the Deansgate Train Station, Tram Station and the bus stop. It is about 15 mins walk away from Manchester city center.

More about us: we are working professionals one in finance and one in sports management, ages 25 and 24 respectively. We love to cook and keep the house clean.

The building offers a gym, ice room, sauna room, steam room as well as a concierge.

The rent is paid monthly £650 (excld bills)
Approx monthly bills are £125-150 ppm which includes council tax, water, electricity and wifi.
