Hi I’m Lily-May, I’ve recently graduated university and I’m looking for a flat mate to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate on 24th July 2024.

I’ve lived in the property for a year and it’s been lovely with regular community activities.

It’s a 2 bed apartment on the 12th floor at Vox.
Very close to city centre and access to Cornbrook tram stop.
There’s a balcony, both rooms are en-suite, 24 hour concierge, rooftop gym, work spaces and roof terrace and athletic track.
The apartment receives a lot of natural sunlight through out the day.

Wifi included in price. Bills not included. Council tax band D.

To pass referencing for the tenancy:

The incoming tenant will be required to meet affordability of 36x times their share of the monthly rent, in this instance it would be £27,630

If not they will be required to have a UK guarantor who will need to meed affordability of 4.2 x the annual rent for their share. In this instance this would be 767.50 x 12 x 4.2 = £38,682
