Double Room in City Centre flat to rent

Unfortunately my current flatmate has to move back home so I’m looking for someone to take over his room from the beginning of August. You will have to go through the usual procedures with the letting agents inc references, work history, proof of ID etc but it’s all standard.

The room is a double and has an en suite and plenty of wardrobe space. And the flat is located on City Road East- less than 5 minutes walk to Deansgate/Castelfield tram stop. There is also a Sainsbury’s Local at the end of our street. You of course will have free roam of the rest of the flat which is pretty spacious.

About Me- I’m Lucas, 33 years old and I work full time in hospitality. I play in a band and I DJ quite a lot. My working hours are Monday-Friday 7-4 so I am up very early so I insist on quiet during the week. I’m teetotal so I’m not big on partying and late nights I live a pretty quiet life. I don’t mind the odd gathering at the flat but I don’t want after sessions and lots of noise and drinking all the time, it’s just not my cup of tea.

I’m looking for someone down to earth and respectful who I can hang with from time to time but who also respects my alone time. Ideally a young professional. I am pretty OCD so I do like the house being clean, I can handle a bit of mess but not for days on end. As long as you don’t mind sharing the chores and you’re sound we will get along just fine.

Bills are not included so All bills are split 50/50 from WiFi, water, energy and council tax- we are in Band D.

The move in date will be the beginning of August but you may be able to move in sooner. Basically if you are an easy going person who is tidy and respectful we won’t have any issues at all but just to be completely open if you’re looking for a party home please don’t apply.
