En-suite to rent from August! City Centre

Hi!

I’m currently looking to rent out a double bedroom with a private en suite, and large window that looks out to balcony (great natural lighting!), and great view of the Deansgate Square to a potential flat mate due to my current moving out soon after almost 2 years. We live fairly central, so it’s an ideal spot ( especially if you’re a bit of a late night walker). There’s a range of settings nearby from historical, film sets, educational, nature and architecture with many bars and restaurants at walking distance, nearby!

About a 10 min walk either way to St Peter’s Square, Deansgate, Uni campuses… Point being, very central!

I’m an introverted extrovert, so I’m looking for someone who can respect that as I do have times where I just want to be in my own space, but can be super social at times too. I’ve been a vegetarian for a few years too, so would be lovely to have someone who is respectful of that. My previous flatmate ate meat, we had no problems.

As a bit of an extrovert, I enjoy meeting people of all career paths, livelihoods and interests. I’m super curious! However as a creative, I also like to tap, breed and nurture a sort of haven for mutual common ground and interest. I also naturally get along well with creative people. I have no personal requirement for a flatmate in this sense, however it would be amazing if you were to at least have some sort of interest or involvement with with something creative, even if it may just be part of your process also.

Please be mindful of the fact that I have no space for:
- Racists
- Homophobes
- Misogynists
- MAPs
- Messy people
- Type of who ash on the floor… in public spaces

What you do in your own room is your own business, but please try to maintain the integrity of the common spaces within the household.

Tax band: D ( I can double check at request)

I’d like to split council tax payments as I am working ( I may decide to do a masters at some point, but right now my point of focus is work.)

Bills & broadband excluded from price

Included in flat/facilities are:
- Oven&Stove
- balcony
- washing machine
- dishwasher
- fairly sized fridge& freezer
- in-building gym&sauna
- private car park
- disability access ( disabled lift and elevator, as well as flights of stairs. )

I also don’t require any references, just evidence that you’re able to pay rent and bills with no problem, every month.
