The flat is in Central Manchester (Deansgate), furnished with a shared lounge/kitchen, has a storage room, dishwasher and washing machine. You would have the larger bedroom with the en-suite. Flat can be painted (I’ve painted my bedroom wall’s, but my flatmate kept hers as it was), and it’s on the 27th floor with stunning views.
The flat has wonderful amenities such as a concierge, parcel room, co-working spaces, laundry services, parking (very long waitlist!), entertainment rooms, roof terrace, gym, pool, sauna, steam room, yoga/cycling studios, basketball court, a café, express supermarket, and some restaurants downstairs.
About me: I’m a 25yr old professional working in tech, I wfh 3 days a week. I’m sociable, easy going, like a relaxed night in and also a brunch or night out. I enjoy reading, video essays, anime, shopping, makeup, cooking, going to events and keeping a tidy space.
