I'm looking for a new housemate to take over a spacious double bedroom with your own en-suite. The room comes furnished with two bedside tables and a large wall-mounted mirror sliding wardrobe. Preferably looking for an LGBTQ+ housemate.

*Rent is £700* per month (not inc. bills)

Apartment building includes Gym (one off £20 induction fee) with access to steamroom and rooftop, and manned concierge Mon - Fri.

Flat comes with washer/dryer, ironing board, and plenty of storage space.

A Bit About Me:
I work in Castlefield in events, often work from home but mostly work at the office. Regularly out so the flat is empty quite a lot. Love a night out as much of a night in. I’m very sociable don’t take myself to seriously, love to cook, enjoy cracking open a beer/wine or cockytail after a days werk (or just in general tbh). Also happy for friends/partners to come/stay over.

Looking For:
Someone that’s fun, sociable, clean and tidy to enjoy nights out, going for food or the local for a pint, or even a night in watching a series.
