Flatmate Needed In Lovely 2 bed in Deansgate

Hi there!

Need a flatmate to move in as soon as possible, lovely new build space in Deansgate, tall ceilings, open plan kitchen and living space.

The room is available as soon as possible and I would like for someone to move in before the end of the month if possible, will be happy to chat further and have you over to view the place if interested!

The furniture pictured is all mine, if you feel like the place needs a rearrange or you bring your own furniture to make it more homely then be my guest! Will be very accommodating as it will be both our living spaces so would want all to feel comfortable.

The application would have to be approved with the estate agency and any deposit information would be resolved through them also so if we get along and you are serious about the property we can forward any relevant information on and start the process!

A bit about myself, I work full time as a chef so there will always be good food on the go, I work part time as a DJ so music lovers definitely welcome (Very respectful that this is both our spaces so wont play music loudly/late etc.). Tend to keep to myself but very friendly and accepting of all!
