Ideal Occupant:

• Comfortable living with Cookie, the cat
• Fine with Aazaz’s smoking (only on the balcony) and late work hours
• Male preferred, but female applicants are welcome
• Only professionals welcome, must pass referencing checks through Savills Lettings Agency

Tenancy Details:
